Do you have a Rain Check Policy?

A: Yes. If it rains the day that you get your car washed or the next day, just come back with your receipt, the following business day and we will wash the exterior of your car again for FREE.

Q. Do you offer student discounts?

A: Yes. Simply present your valid student ID Card and you will receive 15% off our on-line

wash and on line wax packages.

Q. How often should I wash my car?
A: We recommend that you wash your car once a week so that bird droppings, tree sap and industrial fallout do not permanently stain or damage your paint surface.

Q. How often should I get my wheels cleaned?

A: We recommend that the wheels be hand scrubbed to remove the accumulated brake dust once a week. By not removing brake dust, it can reduce the life of chrome wheel.

Q. How often should I wax my car?

A: We recommend that you wax your car at least every 90 days to protect your car’s clear coat finish and to maintain the shine.

We also recommend that you get a professional hand wax once or twice a year to rub out the surfaces and residue to bring the car back to its original standard.

Q. What wash package should I get in order to preserve the wax shine?
A: We recommend that you order the Express Detail every 90 days. The Express Detail is a hand applied Carnuba wax and it will protect your coat finish.

Q. How soon should I remove bugs from my car's exterior?

A: Immediately, Dead bugs leave a form of acid that can stain and harm your car’s painted surface. If you don’t have time to get a wash, get a soft tissue and moisten it to remove the dead bug.

Q. Do you use the same towels on the windows that are used on the body and door jambs?

A: No, we use different towels on the windows than the body. We use lint surgical towels in order to get a better finish.
